CITY A TITLE: CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding
pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss - Sahagun et al. v. City of Carlsbad et al., cased filed in
Superior Court, County of San Diego.
