RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the following fees:
Paragon Pacific Investments Inc. $1206.40

The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Paragon Pacific was issued a
Building Pennit op Oct. 27, 88.
Since that time they have can-
celled the pennit. The City is
refunding 80% of Building Pennit.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for ser~ices ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
