As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract 80-14 the owner is requ offer for dedication a drainage easement within Lot 15 of CT 80-14.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City c in the future easement acquisitions.

RESOLUTION NO. 89-128
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES AT CT 80-14, BLUE LAGOON ESTATES.
WHEREAS, Vinedale Development Corp. has submitted a Grant Deed
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for drainage purpos
portion of Lot 15 of CT 80-14; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determine
the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Vinedale Development Corp.
dated January 17, 1989, conveying an easement for drainage purpos
portion of Lot 15 of CT 80-14 to the City of Carlsbad which is on fil
City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That City Clerk is authorized to cause the original D
