Adopt Resolution No. <! f - 15; ' accepting the Buena Vista Lag Island Restoration, Project No. 3258 as complete and direct
the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion.
ITEM EXPLANATION:

The grading and sand placement on two (2) islands in the east
portion of the Buena Vista Lagoon have been satisfactor
completed on April 21, 1989. The contractor graded any fissu
or craters on the unvegitated portions of the islands.

depth of four (4) inches in accordance with the approved grad
and improvement plans designed by the State of Californ
Department of Fish and Game.
One (1) construction change order in the amount of $8,515 for
island was approved in accordance with Council Administrat
Policy No. 7. The restoration work was designed and finan
completely by the State of California, Department of Fish
Game. The State funds previously deposited with the City
well as the accumulated interest total $123,837 is sufficient

On October 25, 1988, the City Council appropriated $123,837
