RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Comp release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to c maintaining the public improvements associated with the subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this proj
has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in
satisfactory. 3, City forces have inspected the public improvements and found the
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maint public street, sewer and storm drain improvements. The value improvement is estimated at $1,210,226.00.
