AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FROM L-C LIMITED CONTROL TO R-1-7500 Q AND OPEN SPACE ON APPROXIMATELY 40.5 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED 1,000 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF ALGA ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californj ordain as follows: SECTION I: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal C amended by the amendment of the zoning map to grant a cha zone from L-C Limited Control to R-1-7500 with a Q Overlay ai Space on approximately 40.5 acres of property generally 1 1,000 feet northwest of the intersection of Alga Road and El Real as shown on the map marked ZC-341, Exhibit j8Zl1, at hereto an made a part hereof. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days aft6 adoption. '4i E-a e m RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 188 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A 90 LOT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (CT 85-34), HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (HDP 88-19) AND A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION ON 40.5 ACRES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1000 ' NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF ALGA ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. CASE NO.: CT 85-34/HDP 88-19 APPLICANT : VIEWPOINT WHEREAS, on April 19, 1989 the Carlsbad P1 Commission adopted Resolution Nos. 2831, 2832 and 2833 recom to the City Council that the mitigated negative declar Hillside Development Permit HDP 88-19 and Tentative Tract M CT 85-34 be approved: and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb June 6, 1989 held a public hearing to consider the recommend and heard all persons interested in or opposed to Zone Cha 341, Hillside Development Permit HDP 88-19, and Tentative Tr; CT 87-2; and WHEREAS, a mitigated Negative Declaration was iss January 6, 1989 and submitted to the State Clearinghouse fc day review period. All comments received from that review are fully incorporated into the conditions of approval f tentative map.
