My informal research of approximately 10 years with my neighbors and in my neigborhooc has shown me this. In the article, Community Health Planning in the United States, Dr. Shoshanna Sofaer beautifully main- tains that "the goal of community planning is to maximize the health of the community" (l), A children's community center, I believe, would help the families in the community by providing an increased holistic health approach to the member: of the community through the caring of its young and their families. Surprised! A real mental and physical health issue does exist, probably because of our American economy arid the "times". f&h There is NO property or place other than "homes" to Besides helping the families and In the article on Ethics in Family and Community Health, Dr. Robert C.
