M- 8 9 Adopt Resolution No. 8'i -2 % / accepting Grant Deed for public road purposes, ITEM EXPLANATION: Pursuant to Section 18.040.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, Bryan Scott and 1 Scott, the owners of the property at 4025 Park Drive have offered for dedication 78 fe right-of-way along a portion of the northwesterly side of Park Drive. The 9 feet of addit width is required to bring Park Drive into conformance with City standards. FISCAL IMPACI: Accepting offers of dedication as a condition of development will save the City expe in the future right-of-way acquisitions. EXHIBITS: 1. Location map. 2. 3.
