RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Compl release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to COI maintaining the public improvements associated with the subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed improvements required of this project a requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in Exhi City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to mainta public street light, sewer improvements. The value of the improvemc estimated at $11,935.00.
