RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Final Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-16 (Lancaster Townhomes).
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tu 16, a 14 unit subdivision located on the south side of Alga Road eas Camino Real for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the C Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially with the condit approval and the tentative map as approved by the Planning Commission 17, 1987, per Resolution No. 2528. This project has been reviewed an to be in conformance with the Zone 6 Local Facilities Management Plan a November 10, 1987. All public facility impacts were analyzed and mi as part of the local zone plan.
The project density is 4.8 dwelling units per acre (d.u./ac.) which i the Growth Control Point of 6.0. Recordation of the final map will a1 applicant to build 14 residential units.
