RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Compl release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to cc maintaining the public street, sewer and storm drain improvements const at Tamarack Avenue and Milford Place.

ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed improvements required of this project i requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in Exhi City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to mainta public street, sewer and storm drain improvements. The value I improvement is estimated at $349,362.00.
