c ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Compl release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Department to co maintaining the public improvements associated with the subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this proje has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements itemized in E 3. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to mainta public street, sewer and storm drain improvements. The value improvement is estimated at $1,309,887.00.
