Receive a presentation on the Part 150 Noise Study at Palomar Airport.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Carlsbad City Council invited the County of San Diego to make presentation on the Part 150 Noise Study. The presentation will be made a Mr. Ron Tulis, a Senior Manager for the firm of Peat Marwick. Mr. A. Newman, Assistant Deputy Director of Public Works for the County, will a1 be present at the presentation which is planned to take ten minutes.

Thank you for the invitation to address the Carlsbad City
Council concerning the Part 150 Noise Study at McClellan-
Palomar Airport.
The firm of Peat Marwick has been awarded the contract to
perform the Part 150 Study. Mr. Ron Tulis, a Senior Manager
for that firm, will be available for the November 14, 1989,
meeting to address your City Council on the Part 150 Study
process and its effect on the City Noise Element and General
Plan. He will plan on a ten minute presentation as part of
the regular council agenda.
