lTEM EXPLANATION:
The Enchitas School District is constructing the new Mission Estancia Elem
School on Calle Barcelona at the intersection of Calle San Felipe and the scl

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as f
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Munkip
amended by the addition of Section 10.40.077 to read as follows:
"10.40.077 Parking Restricted on Calle Barcelona. There will
be no parking on both sides of Calle Barcelona from Rancho
Santa Fe Road to Calle San Felipe."
