RECOMMENDED ACTION: CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 85-07 ENG Approve Final Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-07, La Costa Alta. ITEM EXPLANATION Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad 85-07, a 136 unit condominium subdivision located at the southeast c and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantia the conditions of approval and the tentative map as approved by the Commission on 07/10/85, per Resolution No. 2460. This map has been found to be consistent with the Growth Mana ement 0 and the re uirements of the Local Facilities Mana ement P B an for the adopted performance standard. For more complete analysis of thc facilities impact for this project see the attached Local Facilitie Assessment form. Although the project density exceeds the Growth Point, it was approved prior to the Growth Management Plan and was below the mid-point of the old density range. It was considered an approved project when the dwelling unit limitation of Propositi0 established and was counted as part of the limit.
