RESOLUTION NO. 89-416
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED ON
ADAMS STREET.
WHEREAS, Lee Alton, has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easemer
City of Carlsbad for street purposes over a portion of Adams Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to E
public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
