ITEM EXPLANATION The terms of all five Design Review Board members expired in October 1 accordance with Chapter 2.26 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the Desig Board is comprised of three members from the Planning Commission and twc from the Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee. The Planning Commission took action at their meeting of November recommending Members Bud Schlehuber, Sharon Schramm, and Jeanne McF, appointed to serve on the Design Review Board for a term to expire Octobc The Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee at their meeting of Novc 1989, recommended that Members John McCoy and Jerry Rombotis continue to the Design Review Board for a term to expire October, 1990, FISCAL IMPACT Members of the Design Review Board serve without compensation.
