RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss Christward Ministry v. City of San Marcos, San
Diego County Superior Court case number N38255 pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
