That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss Dybdal v. City of Carlsbad, San Diego County
Superior Court case number N40494 pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9 (a).
