ITEM EXPLANATION: As a condition of approval of Building Permit No. CB 890752 the owner, Mr. JaI Hollenbeck, is required to offer for dedication 10 feet of right-of-way along a port of the northerly side of Basswood Avenue. The attached grant deed was submitted Council acceptance in satisfaction of this requirement.
