TITLE:
CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss Sahaqun et al. v. City et al., San Diego
Superior Court Case No. N43834 in accordance with
Government Code Section 54956.9 (a) .
