RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve out-of-state travel in excess of five days for two cit representatives.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Carlsbad School District is sending approximately 14 studt and two adults to visit Futtsu in February of 1990. Mayor Le1 requested that one City Council Member and one City staff meml accompany the school delegation on this important cultural/
educational trip. The estimated expenses, which cover travel
trip will take eight days. lodging, meals and local transportation, are $1,500 per persol
FISCAL IMPACT:
The estimated total cost of this trip for two City representat is $3,000. Funds totaling $7,000 are available in Account No.
001-820-1990-2996.
