RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss Sahagun et al. v. City et al., San Diego
Superior Court Case No. N34834 in accordance with
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
