This requires citizens to use the overflow lot further North of the building. Staff has advised me that thi situation most often occurs when there is a training class or public meeting at the conference center, wherein many people park in the public lot in front of the building for an all day meeting. There are 8 parking spaces and 2 handicap spaces in the front public lot. think it would be appropriate if we could designate this area a "Two Hou Zone similar to that at City Hall. problem.
