A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
FOUR (4) EASEMENTS REQUIRED OF THE FUTURE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE JAMES DRIVE STORM
DRAIN, PROJECT NO. 3224
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsk
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public intei
construct an extension of the James Drive Storm Drain :
Project No. 3224; and
WHEREAS, four (4) easements have been secured fc
project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That four (4) easements for the City's future ext
of the James Drive Storm Drain System are hereby accepted i
City Clerk is authorized and directed to have same recordc
the San Diego County Recorders Office. Following recordat
