CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Bulen v. City of Carlsbad, et al. San Diego Superior Court Case No. N35218 in accordance with Gobernment Code Section 54956.9 (a).
