RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. q&% accepting improvements to Rancho Santa Fe I
complete and directing the City Clerk to record Notice of Completion.
I" EXPLANATION:
Construction of the interim improvements to Rancho Santa Fe Road haT
satisfactorily completed ahead of schedule. The improved section of the rc
opened on December 27, 1989. It is recommended that City Council formall;
the improvements and direct the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completior
project.

RESOLUTION NO. 90-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF INTERIM IMPROVEMENTS TO RANCHO SANTA FE
ROAD AS COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION.
WHEW, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it ne(
desirable and in the public interest to accept the construction of interim improven
Rancho Santa Fe Road as complete; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cz
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of interim improvements to Rancho Santa Fe I
hereby deemed complete and accepted by the City of Carlsbad.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record the
of Completion.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsb'
Council held on the 3rd day of April , 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
