ITEM EXPLANATION The terms of David M. Dunne and Richard Goodwin expire in April, 1990. was originally appointed to the Parking Authority in September, 1974. MI was originally appointed to the Parking Authority in June, 1978. Mr. Mr. Goodwin have indicated their willingness to continue to serve as membl Parking Authority. There is also a vacancy on the Authority due to the unfortunate passing ar Jardine. An appointment to that vacancy will complete the term which E April, 1991. Other Members of the Authority are: Frank Aleshire and Girard Anear. Copies of applications received in calendar year 1990 are attached fo revi ew. EXHIBITS 1.
