ITEM EXPLANATION:
On November 14, 1989, the City Council awarded a contract fo the 1988-89 Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Program to J.H.P Construction Company in the amount of $61,963.20. Chang Order No. 1 in the amount of $9,808.05, resulted in a tota contract amount of $71,771.25. The project has now bee completed and is acceptable to the Utilities and Maintenanc Director.
I FISCAL IMPACT:
There are sufficient funds in Account No. 001-820-5110-241 for payment on the project.
