RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding the evaluation of performance or dismissal of a public
employee as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
receive the report and recommendation of the Personnel
Board pursuant to Government code Section 54957.
