Pursuant to Chapter 18.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code the owner, Hem
required to dedicate 18 feet of right of way along a portion of the northwe
of McCauley Lane prior to obtaining a building permit.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City e:
future right-of-way acquisitions.

Section 31, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, Sat1 Bernardino Meridian,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to the
Official Plat thereof, included in that land described in deed to

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED. -
WHEREAS, the Henry and Itsuko Yada have submitted a Grant Deed COI
easement to the City of Carlsbad for roadway purposes over a portion of Lot 30, I
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in
interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City oi
California, as follows:
