ITEM EXPLANATION:
Falcon Hills Inc. has submitted a request asking the City to quitclaim
easement dedicated to the City for public utilities on Map No 4415, Falcon
easement has never been utilized and all affected utilities have stated in w
the aforementioned easement will not be required in the future.

None.

December 11, 1959 said easement is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corne? of said Lot 7; thence

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITICLAIM OF
A GENERAL UTILTN EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, Falcon Hills Inc. has submitted a request for quitclaim of a pub1
easement over a portion of Lot 7 of Map No. 4415; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to 1
public interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
