RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Final Map for Carlsbad Tract No. 85-34, Viewpoint.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 85-34, a
subdivision located north of the intersection of Alga Road and Mimosa Drive. T
conforms substantially with the Subdivision Map Act, Carlsbad Municipal Ca
conditions of approval and the tentative tract map as approved by the Planning Corn
on April 19,1989 per Resolution No 2833.
This map has been found to be consistent with the Growth Management Ordinance
requirements of the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 6. Currently a1

FISCAL IMPACE
This project is expected to generate the following:
