City forces have inspected the public improvements and foul be satisfactory. Water improvements have been accepted by the Carlsbad Municipal W: and will be maintained by the district. The City Engineering Departmenl bonds for water improvements. These will be released along with securii for the public street, sewer and storm drain improvements subsequent to r of the Notice of Completion.
