Recently the City Council established a policy that stated, in effect, that the City of Carlsbz
opposed to the utilization of local dogs and cats for biomedical research.
During that discussion, several alternatives to the County’s existing position were revi

It is doubtful that the City of Carlsbad will want to enter the animal control business. Therl

It is recommended that the City of Carlsbad amend the existing contract to allow the C
