During that discussion, several alternatives to the County’s existing position were revi Should the County decide to sell animals from the local pound to UCSD, the City of Carlsbi have to make a serious decision. It is doubtful that the City of Carlsbad will want to enter the animal control business. Therl it is necessary that the City have a short-term plan of action to respond to any changes I: County.
