RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Ernst v. City, Case No.
N33258, pursuant to Government code Section
54956.9 (a) .
