RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release
bonds in accordance with State laws and City ordinances, and direct the Utilities and
Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the public street and sewer
improvements constructed at Lot 36 of Carlsbad Oaks East on Laker Avenue.
I’IEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed improvements required of this project. The City
Engineer is requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in
Exhibit 3. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory.
FISCAL AM’ACI
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public
street and storm drain improvements. The value of the improvement is estimated at
$3,909.00.
