Department to commence maintaining the accepted improvements.

RESOLUTION NO. 90-268
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE STRIPING OF LA
COSTA AVENUE, PROJECT NO. 3319 AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the s&ping on La Costa Avenue, Project No. 3319, has been !
completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; an(
WHEREAS, all projec.ts costs have been established.
NOW THEREFORE, :BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City (
California, as follows: I
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the sniping on La Costa Avenue specifically identified as Projer
is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby at
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the proje
upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
held on the 7th day of August, 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
