RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Nocella v. Capodicci, City
of Carlsbad, et al, Case No. N44574, pursuant to Government code Section 54956.9(a).
