RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Acknowledge donation of fifty ($50) dollars from Ms. Ellen H. Rice,
Carlsbad resident.
ITEM EXPLANATION;
A Carlsbad resident, Ms. Ellen H. Rice, has donated fifty ($50) dollars for
the restoration/development of Carrillo Ranch. The donation will be
deposited in the Carrillo Ranch Restoration Fund (Account #880-519-9208).
The proceeds of this fund will ultimately be used for historical
development of the ranch.
The Department recommends acceptance of the donation.
A letter of appreciation will be sent on behalf of the Parks and Recreation
Department.
FISCAL IMPACT;
The fifty ($50) dollar donation will make the Carrillo Ranch Fund balance
six thousand one hundred ninety ($6,190) dollars.
