Qr/sl: "% w 3j""d';"b c3/ics I Carlsbad, California August 20, 1990 Mr. Claude Lewis, Mayor City of Carlsbad. Dear Mayor Lewis: In Ahgqst, 1990 my term on the Parks and Recreation Commis- ion expires. I do not wish to extend my tsnure in that position. It is my belief that 12 years in the same capa- city should be maximum. I would be very happy to serve our city in some other way if the opportunity presants itself. I would like to continue as a member of the Open Space group-for as long as the term of appointment permits. We have a motto in the Vista School District--"Vista-No Better Place to Learn". I'd like to add--"Carlsbbd-No Better Place to Live". ly submitted& ~~~~~:~~~~ .- i LLL.LL 7'94 ," n'i hlqu. st-Bursvold CC; David Bradstreet
