ITEM EXPLANATION;
At last month's meeting, two (2) donations were accepted by the Commission for the
Carrillo Ranch Trust account. For the record, the fund balance as listed under the fiscal
impact statement was incorrectly stated as $6,190. The correct balance should have been
identified as $5,775.70. After the Commission's acceptance of the second donation of
$50, the current fund balance is now $5,825.70.
