ITEM EXPLANATION:
Pursuant to Section 18.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code the owners, Bri
Tamara Rowe, James Londo and Rosalie Londo, are required to dedicate fi
additional roadway along the east side of Eureka Place in order to obtain i
permit.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City ex
future right-of-way acquisitions.

This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated September 1, 1990 -
from Brian Rowe, Tamara Rowe, James Londo and Rosalie Londo
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California pursuant to resolution NO. 90-353 , adopted
on September 25, 1990 , and the grantee consents to the
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR
ROADWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Bnan Rowe, Tamara Rowe, James Londo and Rosalie LC
submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for roadwq
over a portion of Eureka Place; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in
interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:

That the Grant Deed from Bnan Rowe, Tamara Rowe, James Londo a
