RESOLUTION NO. 90-379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A FIFTEEN
HUNDRED DOLLAR DONATION FROM THE FIELDSTONE
COMPANY IN SUPPORT OF THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT’S YOUTH SPORTS
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS the Fieldstone Company has donated fifteen hundred ($1500) dol
to the City of Carlsbad in support of the Youth Sports Program, and
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Commission has received this donation
recommends acceptance by the City Council, and
WHEREAS the City Council acknowledges the generosity of the Fields
Company and wishes to accept this donation in support of the Youth Sports Prog
NOW, THEREFOM, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cil
Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of fifteen hundred ($1
dollars in siipport of the Recreation Department’s Youth Sports Pro2

2. Funds will be deposited into Recreation Sponsorships Special Ever
Trust Fund (Account #880-519-9210).
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Cour
of the City of Carlsbad held on the 16th day of October , 1990, by the follow
vote, to wit:
