RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of Corr
release bonds in accordance with State law and City ordinances, and di
Utilities and Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the public str
sewer improvements constructed on Canyon Street at Canyon Place.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. 1
Engineer is requesting that City Council accept the public improvements iter

Water improvements have been accepted by the Carlsbad Municipal Water
and will be maintained by the district. The City Engineering Department is
bonds for water improvements. These will be released along with securities for the public street and sewer improvements subsequent to recordatior
Notice of Completion.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the
street and sewer improvements. The value of the improvement is estim
$24,875.00.
