CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss City v. ThomDson, Case No.
N43918, pursuant to Government code Section
54956.9(a).
