RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss West Coast General v. City
Case No. N46495 pursuant to Government code
Section 54956.9 (a) .
