Dear Keith:
As you have heard, Ralph Edwards productions has donated a
1/2" VHS copy of "This Is Your Life - Leo Carrillo" to the Carrillo
Ranch Trust. The enclosed correspondence will give you the details
so you may review this matter with the Parks and Recreation
Commission.
I would like to request 30 minutes on the November 19th agenda
so the Commissioners and any interested members of the public may
view this delightful addition to the Archives. To accommodate any
potential citizen interest, it would be important to schedule the
showing at the beginning of the agenda. If this event is to be
appropriately publicized, it would be necessary to have scheduling
confirmation by November 7th. A television monitor and VCR will be
required.
Sincerely,
Joan E. Kindle
