On behalf of the Carlsbad American and National Little Leagues,
we are formally requesting permission to purchase and install an
electronic Scoreboard in the outfield area of Calavera Park,
field #3, to be used by our Junior and Senior League teams.
If given permission, the leagues would follow the same guidelines
that were established upon the installation of the scoreboards at
Chase and Pine fields, i.e. the usage by the city parks and
recreation department for softball or high school games and or
tournaments not conflicting with Little League scheduled games.
