RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Windsor Projects v. City
of Carlsbad Case No. N41427, pursuant to
Government code Section 54956.9(a).
